Ir a diferentes lugares, en inglés
Igual que en español, en inglés usamos el presente para rutinas o hábitos. Aquí va un ejemplo usando el presente con actividades que hacemos normalmente durante la semana:
On Mondays I go to the gym.
On Tuesdays I go to the mosque.
On Wednesdays I go to the movie theater.
On Thursdays I go to the park.
On Fridays I go to the club.
On Saturdays I go to the supermarket.
On Sundays I go to a restaurant.
Con church omitimos the: On Tuesdays I go to church. No hay una razón específica, simplemente es así.
En lugar de decir los lunes, en inglés decimos on Mondays. El significado implícito, tanto en inglés como en español, es cada lunes.
Los lunes voy al gimnasio. (Cada lunes).
On Mondays I go to the gym. (Every Monday.)
